Support Groups

Providing safe, empowering spaces where participants learn, connect, heal, and grow alongside others with shared experiences.

Support  Group:

Her Space

Her Space is a professionally facilitated, three-session virtual support group created for women ready to reconnect with themselves, build practical tools for everyday resilience, and feel less alone in the process. Each group is kept intentionally intimate (a maximum of 8 participants) and meets weekly for three consecutive sessions in a warm, confidential space designed specifically for women. Over the course of the group, you'll be guided through self-reflection, practical coping and communication tools, and a plan for carrying what you've learned forward, alongside a small community of women navigating similar experiences.

Her Space may be a good fit if you:

  • Are a woman looking to better understand yourself and the patterns you'd like to shift

Support  Group:

Afterwards

Afterwards is a three-session psychoeducational support group for women navigating the end of a romantic relationship.
A breakup rarely means losing just one person. It can also bring changes to familiar routines, identity, emotional security, relationships, and the future you had imagined. Afterwards provides a supportive, structured space to begin making sense of those changes and consider what comes next.

Over three facilitated sessions, participants are introduced to accessible psychological insights, guided reflection, practical coping strategies, and opportunities for meaningful conversation with other women who are also adjusting to the end of a relationship.

Groups are intentionally kept small, with no more than eight women, allowing space for connection and participation while maintaining a comfortable and supportive environment.

There is no expectation that you will have “moved on” by the end of the programme. Instead, Afterwards is designed to help you develop steadier footing, strengthen your understanding of your experience, and leave with practical tools and a clearer sense of how you would like to move forward, at your own pace.

Is Afterwards Right for You?

Every breakup is different, and so is what each person needs afterwards. Afterwards may be one source of support as you navigate this period.

This group may be a good fit if you are:

  • Adjusting to the end of a romantic relationship, whether recent or some time ago

  • Looking for structure and gentle guidance rather than an open-ended venting space

  • Comfortable participating in a small group alongside other women

  • Interested in reflecting on your experiences, patterns, and what you want moving forward

  • Able to manage your day-to-day responsibilities, even if the breakup still feels difficult

This group may not be the right level of support if you are:

  • Experiencing an active safety concern or ongoing danger

  • Seeking one-on-one therapy or more intensive individual treatment

  • In need of immediate or same-day emotional support

  • Currently experiencing a mental health crisis
