About Tracy Reid
I've always been fascinated by the remarkable capacity people have to heal, adapt, and grow, even after life's most difficult experiences. That belief continues to shape the way I practise today.
As an independent counselling psychologist, I am committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-informed psychological care that supports individuals in navigating life's challenges with greater resilience, insight, and confidence. I believe every person has a unique story, which is why I take an individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that no two journeys toward healing are the same.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, structured, and practical. I work alongside clients to better understand the patterns influencing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while developing realistic strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. Every therapeutic plan is tailored to the individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Beyond individual therapy, I partner with organizations to provide workshops, consultation, and trauma-informed psychological services that strengthen the wellbeing of individuals, professionals, and communities. This collaborative model reflects my commitment to expanding access to high-quality psychological care while maintaining an independent professional practice.I believe that meaningful therapy is built on authenticity, empathy, and trust. While grounded in professional ethics and evidence-informed practice, I strive to bring genuine presence, curiosity, and compassion into every therapeutic conversation.
Whether you are seeking support for healing, personal growth, or navigating a difficult season of life, my goal is to provide a therapeutic space where you feel understood, challenged with compassion, and equipped with practical tools to create meaningful change.
